4.3 Refund Policy

• Individual Coaching: Full refund if cancelled 48 hours before the session
• Group Workshops: Full refund if cancelled 7 days before the start date
• Online Courses: Refund available within 30 days if less than 25% of content accessed
• Corporate Training: Refund terms specified in individual contracts

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Content

All content on our website and in our courses, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is owned by SighfCepha or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may cancel or reschedule services according to the notice periods specified in Section 4.3. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of fees.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to instructor illness, weather conditions, or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, we will provide full refunds or alternative arrangements.

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee that our services will always be available or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

10.2 Educational Nature

Our services are educational in nature. While we aim to help you improve your communication skills, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from our training programs.

10.3 Third-Party Content

We may reference or link to third-party content or services. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of such content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SighfCepha and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
